What do I receive after purchasing?

All Olive & Rose products are digital downloads — no physical item will be shipped. After completing your purchase, you'll receive an email with a download link to access your files instantly.

What file formats are included?

All products are delivered as high-resolution PDF files, ready for printing or digital use. File formats are listed on each product page.

What size are the files?

Greeting cards are 5x7 inches. Bookmarks are 2x6 inches. Wall art is available in 16x20, with the option to select your preferred size when printing. 

Can I print my files at home?

Yes! You can print at home or at a local or online print shop. We recommend printing on cardstock for best results with greeting cards and bookmarks.

Can I edit or customize the files?

Our greeting cards include a fillable text box so you can add your personal message. Other products are not editable unless stated on the product page.

Can I share or resell the files?

No. All Olive & Rose products are for personal use only. Sharing, reselling, or redistributing the files in any form is not permitted.

What if I have trouble downloading my files?

Please check your spam or junk folder for the download email. If you still can't find it, contact us at hello@theoliveandrose.co and we'll help you right away.

Do you offer refunds?

Because our products are digital downloads, we are unable to offer refunds once a file has been downloaded. If you experience a technical issue, please reach out and we'll do our best to make it right.
